Heartland Horses Equine Activities & Learning, Inc.

Learn more about us...

Our goal is to assist each individual so that they may improve their motor skills, posture, balance, coordination, and strength. We help them stretch tight muscles and expand their minds. When our participants groom, pet, or ride our wonderful horses; they reach, pull, turn, push, bend, and lift.

There is a less obvious side to or organization. Many of our riders are confined to wheelchairs or are dependent on walkers. Their disabilities won’t allow them to do something they want to, but when they are on the back of a horse, they discover that they can

achieve the very things they thought were impossible.
